Open session for those needing the use of water to aid recovery after joint replacement, wanting to improve mobility or just to improve general health in a gentle way. Please note...there are steps up to the pool and steps into the pool. No hoist available. Please contact us for further info.

Cancellation Policy

There are no trained hydrotherapists on site. Exercises undertaken are at the person risk as directed by medical professionals. Please inform staff if there are medical issues we need to be aware of. (i.e epilepsy etc) Inhalers can be taken poolside but are the responsibility of the owner.
