Our Classes

Something for everyone

We plan our swimming lessons around the STA framework which will ensure your child is learning water safety, correct swimming technique, water confidence and skills they can use for life. 

You can join us at any point during the term and if your child is nervous or shy we have incredible teachers who are experts in planning fun lessons which will help banish their fears.

Goldfish and Angelfish Programs. (proceeded by the Octopus Program if you are joining us at this stage)

Water Confidence

For those older children who cannot swim or need to build confidence. We will try to put you in a class with the same age and ability and adapt the class to suit.

Sessions for those wishing to gain confidence, or to focus on something in particular.

Adult Classes

We are Aquaphobic coaches so can help those who do not like the water overcome their fears at a pace that suit them 
We can also offer stroke improvement classes. Whatever your needs give us a call and we can see if we can help. 

Aquanatal Yoga

Badges/Accreditations

We follow the STA International Learn to Swim Program. Millions of children worldwide have learned to swim with this system.

Early starters will begin with Starfish and STAnley before progressing to Goldfish and beyond.

Those joining us at school age will begin with Octopus before joining the Goldfish path.
